With all the Sub Prime Mortgages in the past that has caused people severe hardaches. not to mention a bad rep for the Real Estate industry,it has created negative thinking in society; and as a result, people who wanted to sell or buy their homes found it hard to trust Real Estate Agents who were really legitimate and wanted to help.

Past clients who have tried to sell their property by themselves found that they didn't succeed.  They did not succeed because "united we stand divided we fall."  Meaning, Real Estate Agents have access to many sources and that's outside of the MLS listing as well; therefore, we are more qualified to get our clients a prospective buyer with the knowledge of what to do and not to do. What you need and What you don't need.

Through my own bad experience with my residential property, I wanted to learn the market of Real Estate so I could serve my community with knowledge and integrity as an Agent.  Some say, "Experience is the best teacher," I agree. My experience with shady brokers and dealing with almost losing my home before I became an agent; enabled me to be more passionate and understanding towards my clients.  It gave me a drive to help others and give my clients an agent who gives quality work and ethics. 

At one time, I compared dealing with agents/brokers as women who go to car dealers to buy a car; they are like sheeps to the slaughter, because they are looked upon as being naive and can be taken advantage of.  Everyone knows that women are treated less fairly than men when it comes to buying cars.  Women are looked upon as ignorant of cars and are easy prey, unless you flip the script and come with knowledge on how a car operates. Which is what I do.  I like to give information on how to sell/buy your house. What I don't know, I have the integrity to find out the facts and give my clients a sense of feeling comfortable with me and the knowledge that they can trust me.

 As a result of all the negative, I wanted to make a change in the Real Estate business and reach out to the single mothers, Senior Citizens, divorcees, the undecided married couples who have had bad experiences with Realtors and be the agent who will earn their trust. This way my clients will be at peace of mind in moving to their new dream home knowing that not all agents are shady.
