Mohsen Amin-Nayeri
Mohsen Amin-Nayeri graduated from City University of New York Queens College in 2015, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with minor in Economics and also received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 2001 in Tehran. Mohsen is a New York State licensed real estate salesperson since 2015. Since graduating from his undergraduate program in 2001 he has worked in the fields of project management, sales, customer service, real estate sales, and rental and property management. He is also a real estate appraiser since 2016 and has experience in Inspections of Properties, Evaluation of Dwelling Conditions, Data Collection of Comparable Sales, Modeling and Value Analysis, Report Narratives, and Valuation and Reviews of Condominiums, Cooperatives, Single Family and Multi-Family Properties. Since 2018, Mohsen is pursuing his NYS General Appraisers License and has knowledge of a variety of commercial and investment property types including shopping centers, office buildings, multi-story residential and mixed-use apartment buildings, industrial properties and vacant land in the New York metropolitan area.
